Bonair Winery Bonair Winery has been quietly producing classic food friendly wines for 26 years. We invite you to walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery. Horizon’s Edge Winery Established in 1983, on 18 acres of outstanding vineyards. It is a small family owned winery producing about 1,000 cases a year. When touring our winery you will be able to see the wine being worked from the stainless steel tanks or oak barrels and possibly catch the bottling line in production. Our tasting room sits upstairs in a loft, which allows you a spectacular view of Mt. Adams, Mt Rainier and vineyards while sampling quality wine in an intimate setting. We produce many styles of wine all in small batches. Wines produced: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Canelli, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon; for the sweet wine lovers, enjoy Late Harvest Muscat, Ice Wine, Ports or some Cream Sherry. Hyatt Vineyards Family–owned Hyatt Vineyards’ first release was in 1987. Located in the heart of the Rattlesnake Hills Appellation, we produce primarily red wines from our four estate vineyards including Syrah, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Reserve line, Roza Ridge, showcases our best varietals. Riesling, Rosé, Winter Harvest Ice Wine, and Pinot Gris are also available. Our spacious tasting room has views of Mt. Rainier and Mt.
